Nickel-Chromium-Iron Alloy 600, also known as Inconel 600 (UNS N06600, W.Nr.2.4816), is a classic nickel-chromium-iron solid solution strengthened alloy.
It maintains stable mechanical properties across a broad temperature range, with outstanding resistance to oxidation at high temperatures, good corrosion resistance against many corrosive media, and great workability for forming and welding.
This alloy is commonly manufactured into wire, strip, sheet, bar and pipe forms. Typical applications include heat treatment furnaces, chemical processing equipment, aerospace components, nuclear engineering and food processing machinery.
