The bicycle spindles are manufactured through a controlled and precise process to ensure strength, accuracy, and surface quality.

Raw material inspection – SCM435 steel is checked before production.

Cutting and preparation – Material is cut to suitable length for forging.

Cold forging – The spindle blank is formed to near-net shape.

CNC turning – Outer diameters and shaft features are machined.

Turning & milling – Spline, threads, and precision structures are finished.

Heat treatment (if required) – Mechanical properties are optimized.

Chemical nickel plating – Surface is treated for corrosion and wear resistance.

Packaging – Packed in wooden pallets or crates.

Shipping – Delivered to customers.
